Health Care Task Force Litigation

NLPC was a plaintiff in the 1993 lawsuit which succeeded in opening the meetings and records of Hillary Rodham Clinton's Health Care Task Force.

A good historical account of the health care task force, and the fight over its proposals, can be found in a 1996 book by Peter & Timothy Flaherty titled The First Lady: A Comprehensive View of Hillary Rodham Clinton published by Vital Issues Press.
